Trust your gut, and your dietitian.

Cooking Eggs

As a registered dietitian with a focus in functional medicine, I blend holistic therapies with science-based testing to ensure we accurately identify and target the root cause behind gut imbalances. An imbalanced gut microbiota may lead to symptoms such as bloating, constipation, acid reflux, and diarrhea. However, gut issues doesn't always present as gut symptoms, which is why I help individuals struggling with autoimmune disease, skin concerns, and hormone imbalances such as PCOS and weight loss resistance. My mission is to help you achieve optimal health and wellness through evidence based nutrition and lifestyle changes that stem from the gut.
